Returns, complaints and REPLACEMENT

If you want to make a return, complaint or exchange, please read the instructions below.

1. Download and fill out the appropriate form:
   for returns – withdrawal form< /a>
   for complaints and exchanges – complaint and exchange form
2. Include proof of purchase (e.g. receipt)
3. Order DPD courier at the addressee’s expense
4. Send the products together with the form and proof of purchase to:

   ul. Dyrekcyjna 2, 40-012 Katowice
5. Keep proof of postage
6. The refund will be made by bank transfer to the account number indicated in the form
