Returns, complaints and REPLACEMENT

If you want to make a return, complaint or exchange, please read the instructions below.

Download and fill out the appropriate form:
for returns – withdrawal form< /a>
for complaints and exchanges – complaint and exchange form
Include proof of purchase (e.g. receipt)
Order DPD courier at the addressee’s expense
Send the products together with the form and proof of purchase to:

Keep proof of postage
The refund will be made by bank transfer to the account number indicated in the form
